Early Draft of 'The Lost Girls' for Readers

Since this community appreciates supernatural stories with strong characters, I thought some of you might enjoy helping shape an original novella before it goes to print.

I've just finished a draft of my 32,000-word neo-noir supernatural horror/comedy detective novella, 'The Lost Girls,' and I'm looking for a handful of Beta Readers to help polish it before publication.

I'm especially looking for feedback on pacing, character development, plot holes, clarity, and anything that takes you out of the story. I'd also love to hear what you enjoyed and why.
