Mark Your Calendar... Why?

Or set a reminder in your phone I guess. I've updated the main page with our release date and the teaser for The Lost, which debuted on the Simple Tricks & Nonsense podcast this weekend. Making a teaser for such a short film and waiting to release it months after announcing it may seem a bit much. Anyone who's met me knows I am a bit much. Why not just release it now? Partly because I want the release to feel special, build anticipation, and allow as many fans as possible to join in and experience this film for the first time at the same time. A bigger part of it is the importance of the date. We only have one shot to celebrate the 35th Anniversary of The Lost Boys, and honoring that film by adding our part of that story on such a significant date just felt right. Another undeniable part of 'why all this?' is that I am convinced that it is still 1987, and always will be.
